Los cumplió el 30 de agosto!!!!

Robert se baja de Within Temptation en lo que seria recitales en vivo, salvoen algunas presentaciones especiales, segun indica la noticia. No se abre de Within como productor y escritor, ahora se va a dedicar a criar a sus 3 hijos y a componer las letras y música para Within Temptation.

Robert to Focus on Production and Songwriting

As you know in recent years we were blessed with the birth of three children. Since then not only our kids but also Within Temptation has been growing fast and we are touring in more countries than ever before.

To be able to fulfill the needs of our children but just as much the needs of the band for now and also in the future, we decided Robert will step down from touring live, (except for the occasional show). With this change we can give stability to our children and from the home studio Robert will have more time writing new music and developing new creative ideas for the live show, the comic and future movies.

What makes the decision easier is the fact that Stefan Helleblad is willing to take Robert’s place in the band on stage. Stefan has been working with the band behind the scenes for some years. As a sound engineer he was involved in the production of our latest three records. Next to being a great sound engineer, mixing engineer and producer he is also a very gifted guitar player. On our latest album ‘The Unforgiving’ you can already hear him play some special guitar parts. His first show will be on the 21st in Heerhugowaard.

So this is not a goodbye but a new step, or actually two steps in a very exciting new and inspiring time for our band.
We hope you keep joining and enjoying this adventure together with us and our paths will keep crossing each other.

Hmm, bueno, mientras no se aleje completamente de la banda, creo que podré soportar esta noticia (?). Robert es el cerebro prácticamente, así que bueno, el quedarse a componer para WT es tranquilidad para los fans, supongo.
Nunca los vi en directo, y verlos es uno de mis momentos soñados en la vida, me gustaría que sea en alguna actuación con Robert en el escenario.
Anyway, bienvenido Stefan.

Yo los vi en el 2008, pero no vino Robert porque se quedó cuidando a Eva Luna, ahora otra vez no voy a poder verlo , pero con tal de q no se vaya Sharon, todo bien

Robert ha hecho lo que hizo en su día el anterior cantante de Lacrimas Profundere... en ese caso sigue siendo el compositor/productor y en algunas canciones pone la voz... Una lástima no poder verle en vivo pero bueno, espero que Stefan esté a la altura XD

Bueno, este video lo subio WT a finales del año pasado, y como por acá nadie puso nada, lo pongo igual. Recibió muy malas críticas lastimosamente, la verdad que a mí me parece una hermosa canción, muy al estilo del grupo, pero el video es un tanto flojo artísticamente hablando. Por si quieran opinar, qué sé yo, les dejo

Me recuerda mucho a Angels, a mi me parece un poco flojo, la cancíon si es bonita pero al video le falta algo.

Bueno, es que es una mezcla curiosa de actuaciones en vivo y esa especie de video... no sé, yo creo que no está mal, obviamente no es de los mejores que he visto, pero me resulta emotivo, apropiado para una canción como "Fire And Ice"

La cancion es ya una de mis favoritas.El video no me gustó nada nada.

Qué dilema en serio Jill! Ojalá juntes plata para los dos, y sino, bueno, yo iría a WT porque es como la banda de mis sueños (aún no los vi en vivo pues).

WT han preguntado a los fans en su página de fb que canción nos gustaría que versionasen, pues parece ser que tienen un nuevo proyecto en mente...

Puede que ya hayáis oído la noticia, pero la voy a poner porque es impresionante :

Ya podemos ver el trailer Elements, el megaconcierto que realizará la banda Within Temptation como celebración por sus 15 años. Este mega concierto se realizará el 13 de noviembre de 2012 en Sportpaleis Antwerp. El trailer está muy impresionante, así que de seguro la banda nos tiene preparado algo sorprendente, que cambiará para siempre la forma de realizar aniversarios, y muy seguro que quienes asistan nos contarán sus apreciaciones al respecto.
