Powerwolf es una banda alemana de power metal, formada por los hermanos Charles y Matthew Greywolf, la banda pasó mucho tiempo sin hacer nada hasta que se reunió con un vocalista rumano lamado Attila Dorn. Attila Dorn provenía de un fondo clásico, cuando se reunió con los hermanos Greywolf expresó su interés en el metal y los siguió de vuelta a Alemania, que es cuando Powerwolf se reactivo.
